Abstract
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis urgensi pelaksanaan penyederhanaan birokrasi melalui transformasi jabatan terhadap efektifitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Indonesia, khususnya di Pemerintah Provinsi Bali.
Desain/metodologi/pendekatan: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk memperoleh diskripsi atas suatu fenomena, sehingga mendorong pemahaman mendalam atas substansi dari fenomena tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan studi pustaka terhadap kebijakan penyederhanaan birokrasi.
Temuan: Penyederhanaan birokrasi melalui transformasi jabatan merupakan salah satu upaya yang positif pada era disrupsi ini dalam memperbaiki kinerja birokrasi di Indonesia, namun harus direncanakan serta disusun secara matang dan tidak dilakukan terburu-buru tanpa konsep yang jelas.
Implikasi: Dalam pembentukan budaya yang agile, diperlukan pemimpin yang berorientasi pada kreativitas dan inovasi menekankan pentingnya performa yang adaptif dan responsif, serta fokus pada kolaborasi tim dan pendelegasian otonomi.
