With a sample size of 3 (three) people. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis.

Results and discussion: The political campaign strategy implemented by Ni Luh Putu Ary Pertami Djelantik includes an emotional approach to voters, emphasis on social issues especially in Bali, creating a simple image, and highlighting herself as the only female candidate in the DPD legislative election Bali 2024. She succeeded in implementing an effective campaign strategy in the 2024 Bali DPD legislative election.

Implication: Her approach included strengthening his image through the role of a "mamak" who is close to the community, using social media to strengthen personal branding, focusing on issues of women's empowerment, and paying attention to social and humanitarian problems.
2025-04-10T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) https://ejournal.baliprov.go.id/index.php/jbmb/article/view/422Potret Kontestasi Politik Lokal: Analisis Kegagalan Kolaborasi Caleg Tandem dalam Pemilu Legislatif Kabupaten Badung Tahun 20242025-04-07T18:13:16+08:00Pande Putu Regina Maharanireginamaharanimaharani5@gmail.comKadek Dwita Aprianireginamaharanimaharani5@gmail.com
Purpose: This study aims to determine the failure factors of the collaboration of tandem legislative candidates at the Regency level, Badung Regency, with legislative candidates at the Provincial level, Bali Province (Badung Electoral District), who use this strategy as an opportunity to gain votes.

Research methods: The research methodology used is qualitative with research data collection through interviews and documentation with target informants.

Results and discussion: This finding explains the social phenomenon of the failure of the local tandem legislative candidate Ni Komang Tri Ani who paired herself with her tandem partner, I Bagus Alit Sucipta, so that she won an absolute victory with newcomer status in the 2019 Election. As if defending her seat, Tri Ani returned to the political contest in the 2024 Election but failed to secure her seat when she changed her tandem partner to Wayan Bawa. One strategy that has attracted quite a lot of attention is the replacement of political actors as tandem partners.

Implication: With the political dynamics of the tandem legislative candidate pair and the failure of Ni Komang Tri Ani to secure her seat again, the internal factors between candidates within the political party became a factor in Ni Komang Tri Ani not maintaining the collaboration of the previous tandem pair, thus changing the political actors in the next election.
2025-04-10T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) https://ejournal.baliprov.go.id/index.php/jbmb/article/view/423Developing Subak Capacity in Facing the Challenges of Modern Agriculture and Climate Change in Bali2025-04-07T18:13:13+08:00I Putu Edi Rusmanaedirusmana@undiknas.ac.id
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by the traditional Subak irrigation system in Bali in facing the development of modern agriculture and the impacts of climate change, and to identify strategies that can be used to overcome these challenges.

Research methods: The research method used is a qualitative normative approach with analysis of literature, policy documents, and relevant secondary data. This study aims to analyze the implementation of clean water supply policies in Badung Regency to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

Research methods: This research uses a qualitative methodology with a SWOT analysis approach through data collection carried out by interview and documentation study methods.

Results and discussion: The Badung Regency Government together with Perumda Air Minum Tirta Mangutama have implemented several policies to improve clean water supply. However, there are still several obstacles, such as limited raw water source capacity, rapid population growth so that service coverage does not increase significantly. The SWOT analysis results show that to meet the clean water needs in Badung Regency, the Weaknesses-Opportunities strategy is used with strategic policies in the form of developing and increasing the availability of raw water through the support of the central government and the Bali Provincial Government so as to increase the coverage of clean water services through developing alternative financing schemes, such as cooperation with the private sector, financial institutions, and the community.

Implication: Efforts to improve the performance of clean water services in Badung Regency require a comprehensive strategy to optimize strengths and opportunities, as well as minimize weaknesses and threats in the implementation of clean water supply policies.
2025-04-10T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) https://ejournal.baliprov.go.id/index.php/jbmb/article/view/427Representation of Local Cultural Wisdom in the Kuta Beach Mini Festival in the Kuta Badung Traditional Village2025-04-07T18:13:04+08:00I Nengah Wirataatastp@yahoo.co.idMade Chossya Wira Mahardikaatastp@yahoo.co.id
Purpose: This article aims to revive local cultural wisdom in the Kuta Traditional Village which has been eroded by the influence of globalization

Research methods: This research uses an interpretive qualitative approach by collecting data through field observations, interviews and literature reviews

Results and discussion: The Kuta Beach Mini Festival is able to create a space for the people of Kuta Badung Traditional Village to strengthen their sense of cultural identity, through dance, music, fine arts and various traditional activities and revive cultural elements that are in danger of being forgotten.

Implication: This article has substantial cultural implications by illustrating how the representation of local cultural wisdom in festivals can influence cultural preservation, revolution, and understanding.
2025-04-10T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) https://ejournal.baliprov.go.id/index.php/jbmb/article/view/428Employee Performance and Retention: The Role of Supervisor Support and Work Motivation at Five Star Hotels in Bali2025-04-07T18:13:01+08:00I Ketut Astawaketutastawa@pnb.ac.idAnak Agung Putri Suardaniketutastawa@pnb.ac.idNi Luh Eka Armoniketutastawa@pnb.ac.id
Purposes: This study aims to analyze the importance of supervisor support in motivating operational employees and its implications for work performance and employee retention in 5-star hotels in Bali. The problems raised in this study are the effect of supervisor support on employee work motivation, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and the effect of work motivation on employee retention at 5-star hotels in Bali.

Research methods: The population in this study is all permanent employees at 5-star hotels in Bali. The number of research respondent samples of 125 was determined by purposive sampling. The research data used are primary data and secondary data. The data processing method is carried out with SEM with SmartPLS 4.

Results and discussion: The effect of supervisor support on employee work motivation at a 5-star hotel in Bali 64.9% was positive and significant, which means that the higher the supervisor support, the higher the employee's work motivation. Employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect of 64.6% on employee performance, and work motivation affects employee retention positively and significantly by 52.5%. After considering the control variable, the increased R-Square value suggests that supervisor support positively impacts employee motivation if employees have a high education.

Implication: Aspects of educational level greatly influence a supervisor in making decisions to motivate employees at a 5-star hotel in Bali. Decision-making is faster and more structured because it has a mature theoretical foundation. The higher the education, the more comprehensive the supervisor's insight.
